Ash Wednesday Service

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of preparation for Easter called Lent. Please join us for the Ash Wednesday Service of Ashes and Healing this Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Pastor Don Cutter will be sharing the message and Pastor Lowell Langefeld will be leading the prayers for healing. The Wednesday.comm meal will be from 5:00-5:50 but the classes will not meet this week. There are Lenten Devotionals available in the Lobby for you to take home. Next Sunday (the first Sunday of Lent), in the morning services, we will begin a special series of messages for Lent – “Mary Did You Know”?

Wednesday.comm Meal 

Our meal for Ash Wednesday, Fed. 15 is prepared and served by the Grow and Equip team and proceeds will go towards the Lexington Rescue Mission “Walk for Warmth”.  Meal: Domino’s Pizza (several varieties), tossed salad, and delicious homemade desserts.. Meals are $5 per plate (sharing is allowed, max. $15 per family) and  will be served from 5:00 – 5:50 p.m.
