Recreation and Sports

Silver Sneakers classes are free to St. Luke members ages 65+. Exercises are led by a certified Silver Sneakers instructor and include chair yoga, stretching, balance, cardio, and strength. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00am.
We offer ping-pong for adults every Monday - Thursday beginning at 9:45 a.m. in the youth room of the church. It begins with a short prayer followed by fun and exercise! There are two tables and score is rarely kept. Whether you are a beginner, haven’t played in a long time, or are a fierce competitor, you are invited to attend.
Our walking track is available for anyone from the church or local community to walk while the doors are open (during office hours). 15 laps around the gym is equal to one mile.
