We will be offering a beginners Tai Chi class on Tuesdays starting January 7 from 6:30 – 7:30pm in the Gym. With Tai Chi you may experience improved flexibility, balance, agility, & decreased stress!
Tai-chi is a noncompetitive system of gentle exercise & stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring your body is in constant motion. This is a long form which usually takes about a year to complete so a commitment to attending is encouraged.
Why do Tai-Chi? You may experience improved flexibility, balance & agility, improved muscle strength & aerobic capacity, and decreased stress!
