Welcome, Morgan!

We are so excited to welcome Morgan Harper to the staff at St. Luke as our Young Adult Pastor! Find out more about Morgan and what she will be doing at St. Luke below. And, if you see her, be sure to welcome her!

Who Am I?

Morgan grew up in Brodhead, Kentucky, and she has lived in Lexington the past five years. She loves to hike and enjoys at coffee shops either reading or talking with friends. “My go-to drink is a cold-brew coffee,” she says. Her dream vacation would be to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail or the Pacific Crest Trail. This fall, she started seminary at Asbury working on a master’s of divinity degree.

What Do I Do?

What Do I Do?

In her role as the young adult pastor, Morgan works with St. Luke’s post-high school/traditional college-aged group. This community within St. Luke is focused on intentional discipleship, building relationships, and spending time together in fellowship. “I want to create a space where young adults feel welcome, where we put Jesus at the center, and where we can have fun,” says Morgan.
