Join us Tuesdays from 6–7 PM in the Gym starting March 3 (original date of Feb. 3 was postponed) for a gentle Tai Chi class focused on movement, balance, and stress relief. Open to all—led by Choya and Colleen Oliver. New participants can join during the first three weeks!
