_ St. Luke Church reserves the right to refuse any vendor if their display or product is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the tenets of the church. A limited number of commercial retail items may be accepted (i.e. Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.) Every effort will be made to avoid duplication.
_ No screws, bolts, or other fasteners may be adhered to the flooring nor any system used that will damage the floor.
_ No adhesive (including tape) nails, or screws may be used on the walls.
_ Vendors may not impair other spaces (i.e. sign or display blockage)
_ Vendors will not be allowed to move locations once a space has been assigned.
_ No smoking in the building or at the entrances by vendors or the public.
_ No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto church property.
_ No illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or combustible materials may be brought onto church property.
_ Vendors will be liable for any and all damage they cause to church property.
_ Vendors will remove all materials brought to the church at the close of the market and clean up their area.
_ Vendors are responsible for collecting & reporting sales tax.
_ Vendors will not pack up their booths until the close of the market at 3:00 p.m.
_ Vendors keep all profits from their sales.
_ Vendors will be provided two chairs in an approximately 10’x10’ area. (Tables extra and are limited)
_ Limited electrical access may be provided. Generators not allowed. Electrical cords must be taped down with painters tape ONLY.
_ NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER OCTOBER 10, 2026.
Vendor assumes all risk of their activity. Neither St. Luke Church nor those working on its behalf may be held responsible for injury, accidents, or damage to property or persons, including but not limited to theft or acts or occurrences not under their direct and immediate control. Vendor waives and releases all claims against St. Luke Church, its officers, employees, and members for any injury, damage, or claim they may have arising out of the Homemade Holiday Market activities. Signing this application constitutes agreement to all conditions and terms of this application, including but not limited to the conditions set forth on this page.
