At the start of Holy Week, we often find ourselves caught between two trees: the “tree of knowledge” where we try to earn our own way, and the “tree of Calvary” where Christ became a curse for us.

In this Palm Sunday message, Rev. Dr. Brian Ebel explores the story of the repentant thief on the cross—a man with no religious resume who was welcomed into paradise simply because “the man on the middle cross” said he could come. By looking at the somber events of the crucifixion through the lens of Paul’s letter to the Galatians, we discover that true redemption isn’t found in our own efforts, but in the finished work of Jesus.

Join us as we move from the anxiety of the law to the freedom of adoption, learning what it means to truly live by the grace that changes everything.
