Volunteers Needed for Holiday Market!
Volunteers Needed for Holiday Market!
The St. Luke Homemade Holiday Market is almost here (Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7), and we need a few more helping hands!
Still needed on Saturday, November 7:
- Roving assistance / booth sitters, 8–10 am: 1 volunteer
- Roving assistance / booth sitters, 12–2 pm: 2 volunteers
Rovers give vendors a quick break so they can grab a coffee or stretch their legs.
Other ways to help:
- Vendor set-up, Friday, November 6, 7–9 pm: Set up tables and chairs in each booth and help vendors unload. We need at least 3 volunteers.
- St. Luke Welcome & Information Table, Saturday, 8–10 am, 10 am–12 pm and 12–3 pm: 2 volunteers per shift. In the first hour, you’ll check in vendors and point them to their booths. After that, you’ll welcome guests and share information about the market and St. Luke. (The fair ends at 3, so the last shift may wrap up early.)
- Take down, Saturday, 3–4 pm: Help vendors load out, stack chairs and return tables to classrooms. We need 3 or more volunteers.
Can you help? Email [email protected] with the shift you’d like, and thank you for serving!
